They join the likes of Zonal and Malevo Group as the latest companies who have chosen ‘Your Business, Their Lives’ as the platform to develop their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes in a way that is right for their organisations, and will make a real impact on HOPE’s work.
The diversity of these two organisations highlights the flexibility and tailored nature of ‘Your Business, Their Lives’, although the shape of their respective partnerships boast more similarities than one might expect from companies in 2 completely different sectors.
Studio BLUP is one of the most exciting creative agencies in the UK, having recently presented at international conference OFFF Barcelona, and whose clients boast the likes of Nike, Gucci and Boots.
BLUP will be supporting HOPE primarily through pro-bono work and there are also plans to launch a range of limited edition t-shirts with profits going towards HOPE.
Media I.M. is a London-based international distributor of children’s animation shows. Although a young company – much like Studio BLUP – they have enjoyed great success and have identified CSR as an area of their organisation that founders, Maria and Irina, want to see ingrained into the foundations from the beginning. They will be supporting HOPE by donating all profits from international sales of their latest animation, Flying Animals, and look forward to developing a market-leading partnership.
Maria Ufland, co-founder of Media I.M., said: “We are committed to finding the right balance between growing our company and creating a positive social impact. In essence, Flying Animals is about kids helping kids, but it also has the potential to be a powerful brand. We see this partnership with Hope for Children, which is a great, forward-looking organisation, as the first step in our strategy of contributing to global projects that will make a measurable difference to children’s lives.”
Both partnerships are hugely exciting for HOPE, validating our belief that companies, no matter what their size, have a capacity and a desire to invest and support disadvantaged children and their communities all over the world.
